Greenfield FMCG Project in Andhra Pradesh
Aevitas was mandated to do basic engineering, master planning, cost estimate, detailed engineering, project management and construction management for a greenfield manufacturing facility of a major construction chemicals company. The proposed facility has a fully automated infrastructure from raw material to manufacturing with eBMR, formulation, packing and finished goods storage with ASRS warehouse.
Specialty Chemicals Project in Maharashtra
The association with the overseas and Indian company joint venture involves their specialty aroma chemical manufacturing plant. Aevitas has provided basic engineering, detailed engineering, project management and construction management of multiple manufacturing blocks in structural steel construction with dedicated utilities, fire detection and protection system, ZLD ETP and plot infrastructure in the existing facility. All buildings are in PEB construction and project has been executed in 3D.
Fine Chemicals Project in Maharashtra
Aevitas has provided detailed engineering and construction supervision for specialty chemicals expansion project for a large Indian company which is a pioneer in fine and agrochemical space since early 1900. The manufacturing block is in structural steel PEB construction and the project is a step forward towards efficient, modernized and sustainable plant design. The project has been executed in 3D.
Fine Chemicals Project in Gujarat
Aevitas has successfully provided basic engineering, master planning and detailed engineering of greenfield specialty chemicals project in a prominent industrial SEZ of Gujarat. The facility boasts of manufacturing, PESO, Non-PESO and finished goods tank farms, warehouse, admin/QA/QC, utilities, boiler with mechanized coal-handling, electrical sub-station, ETP, fire hydrant and all plot infrastructures. In addition, the facility has been designed to be a safety compliant set-up for bromination, chlorination and hydrogenation operations.
