Team Aevitas has engineered varied material handling and conveying systems, automated packaging and canning lines by integrating the unit operations. Warehousing solutions include sterile cold rooms, automatic storage and retrieval system (ASRS), mobile racking and conventional racking system. We are well versed with high rise storage systems and its regulatory requirement and the importance of super flat flooring, HVAC design and sprinkler systems.

Projects
Coffee Packing, Warehousing and R&D in Andhra Pradesh
Aevitas’s mandate included providing basic engineering with a cost estimate for 2 facilities – R&D and packing/warehousing and agglomeration tower. The packaging section comprised 16 packing lines for primary (cans, sachets, jars etc.), secondary and tertiary packing with primary packaging being temperature/RH controlled. RM, PM and FG fixed racking warehouses comprise of 9000+ pallets with a warehouse management system and complete batch traceability from raw material to finished goods. The building is in PEB construction and the complex has the infrastructure of utilities, HT substation and STP/ETP.
Integrated Spices Complex, Andhra Pradesh
Aevitas was engaged for the master planning and basic engineering of the green field integrated spices facility which shall have special GMP processing area with entry/exit for sterilized products, packaging, Cold storage and ASRS warehouse. The 7500 sqm cold storage is designed for with 5 levels of storage and ASRS ventilated warehouse for 3500 pallets with 10 levels of storage. The facility is designed to conform to all local and international food safety norms – BRC, HACCP, FSSAI, USFDA and the companies own EHS guidelines.
Greenfield FMCG Project in Andhra Pradesh
Aevitas was mandated to do basic engineering, master planning, cost estimate, detailed engineering, project management and construction management for a greenfield manufacturing facility of a major construction chemicals company. The proposed facility has a fully automated infrastructure from raw material to manufacturing with eBMR, formulation, packing and finished goods storage with ASRS warehouse. The facility being high throughput has automated material conveying & packaging lines with ASRS warehouse for RM, PM and FG with 9500 pallets, 10 levels of storage and integrated fire sprinkler system.
Warehousing Complex in the Western Part of India
Aevitas provided MEP engineering services for the warehousing complex meant for storage of Pharmaceutical formulations. The Automatic storage and retrieval warehouse with 8000 pallets and 13 levels of storage was designed for precise temperature mapping and with integrated fire sprinkler system. Computational fluid dynamics calculations and simulation was conducted for precise HVAC design.
