Utilities Infrastructure
The success of any process industry depends upon efficient and robust utilities and power system, supporting infrastructure of effluent treatment, firefighting and IT network. Aevitas understands that utilities form a major portion of the operating cost of the facility and is key to its smooth functioning. Hence the lean and value-added engineering and system selection for supporting Infrastructure is aimed at optimising not only the CAPEX and but also OPEX.

Projects
Greenfield FMCG Project in Andhra Pradesh
Aevitas was mandated to do basic engineering, master planning, cost estimate, detailed engineering, project management and construction management for a greenfield manufacturing facility of a major construction chemicals company. The infrastructure development encompassed land development, green zone planning, roads, drain network, street lighting, security gates, water tank and pump house, fire hydrant system, rainwater harvesting, weighbridge in line with the designated industrial zone statutory norms and taking into consideration optimum vehicular, man, material and waste flow.
API Facility in Bangladesh
Aevitas provided basic engineering, master planning, detailed engineering, procurement assistance and validation documentation for the green field multipurpose API manufacturing with a kilo lab and a pilot plant, warehouse and R&D labs, hazardous reaction block, utilities, tank farms, solvent recovery, Offices, dormitory facility including site infrastructure design. Site infrastructure was planned considering Municipal and regional zoning and land use requirements, Company’s vision and growth plans, API park infrastructure availability and reliability, mapping of functional and type/frequency of site access requirements by personnel, contractors, trucks and emergency vehicles.
Greenfield API facility for Overseas and Indian Joint Venture Company in Andhra Pradesh
Aevitas provided URS, master planning, basic engineering, detail engineering, construction management and validation assistance for multipurpose/multi-product state-of-the-art facility for API and intermediates manufacturing. Other infrastructure in the Greenfield facility included warehouse, electrical substation, admin offices, utility block, plot infrastructure of roads, drains, green zone, effluent treatment, space for future expansion. Power, utility, effluent and site infrastructure development was provisioned for seamless expansion of manufacturing in future.
Fine Chemicals Project in Gujarat
Aevitas has successfully provided basic engineering, master planning and detailed engineering of greenfield specialty chemicals project in a prominent industrial SEZ of Gujarat. The facility boasts of manufacturing, PESO, Non-PESO and finished goods tank farms, warehouse, admin/QA/QC, utilities, boiler with mechanized coal-handling, electrical sub-station, ETP, fire hydrant and all plot infrastructure of roads, drains, street lighting, parking, green cover with set-offs and FSI in line with the local statutory norms and “Vastu” compliance and considering seamless expansion of manufacturing capacity in future by adding new blocks.
