Projects
R&D Complex in Telangana
The mandate for the project comprised of detailed engineering including HT substation, utilities, fire hydrant system, ETP and plot infrastructure for their state-of-the-art R&D complex. The complex houses a chemical and analytical R&D laboratory, delivery block for pilot scale intermediates, an animal house building and a formulations R&D block.
Animal House in Maharashtra
Aevitas has partnered with a large vaccine manufacturer for the engineering of animal housing facility spread over two floors at the existing facility in SEZ in Maharashtra. It houses guinea pigs, rabbits, mice and rats under controlled environment conditions. The facility provides an ecosystem for day/night cycles through automation of HVAC and lighting etc.
Kilo Lab in Gujarat
A pharma major in India set up a state-of-the-art R&D centre, API kilo lab and analytical lab at their unit located in Gujarat. Aevitas was mandated to provide basic and detailed engineering services for API R&D kilo lab. The mandate encompassing all disciplines of engineering had a special focus on fume hoods integration, laboratory furniture, layout design and EHS.
R&D Centre in Gujarat
A large Indian pharma major with several decades of existence engaged Aevitas for the engineering of 2 buildings comprising of formulations R&D and pilot plant, microbiology labs and analytical labs in the existing R&D centre. Aevitas provided detailed engineering covering civil, architectural, mechanical, HVAC, electrical and instrumentation for development laboratories.
R&D Centre in Maharashtra
A multinational company, mainly dealing with the formulations of peptides, planned to refurbish an existing building to convert into an R&D centre for oral solid dosage. Aevitas was initially engaged for preparation of basic engineering package and project report for this proposed R&D facility. Subsequently, it was mandated to provide engineering services for civil, architectural, mechanical, HVAC, piping, electrical, instrumentation and construction supervision also.
State-of-the-art R&D Centre in Gujarat
Aevitas’s mandate included providing basic engineering, detailed engineering and procurement assistance for the greenfield R&D facility in Gujarat.
The grass root project consisted of main R&D building housing chemical R&D, analytical R&D, formulation R&D (OSD, injectables), microbiology lab as well as an animal house. Also, engineering of an electrical substation, utilities and administration block was mandated to Aevitas.
